20 Easy and Amazing Eucalyptus Oil Uses:

  • Put one drop of Eucalyptus oil on the bottom of your feet before you go to bed for a more restful sleep.

  • Mix water, Lemon, Eucalyptus, and Peppermint essential oils in a spray bottle for a cleaning spray. It’s a great germ killer!

  • Create a DIY Vapor Rub that’s also safe for older kids: 3 TBSP coconut oil, 5 drops Eucalyptus oil, 2-5 drops Rosemary oil (pregnant mamas should omit this if they will be using on themselves), 2-5 drops Lavender oil (optional, but it smells great). You can make a little more at a time and keep in a sealed container to use as needed. A word of caution: Do not apply to or near the face of infants or children under ten years of age. Overall it’s considered the safest to only use Lavender and Roman Chamomile essential oil for children under 18 months of age.

  • Congested? Take a bath with a few drops of Eucalyptus mixed into the water to help support breathing.

  • Use Eucalyptus oil as a spot remover. Like lemon oil, it’s effective at removing spots (even gum) from clothing, carpets and other fabrics! I would do a spot test on an inconspicuous area first.

  • Create a sugar body scrub (especially great for tired feet)! Mix 1 cup coconut oil, 2 cups sugar and 10-15 drops of Eucalyptus essential oil (feel free to play around with the ratio of ingredients, this is one consistency that we liked) With the Eucalyptus oil, the scrub is cooling and energizing, antibiotic, deodorizing, good for ailing joints and circulation.

  • Rub onto chest or bottom of feet before exercising.

  • Diffuse to help freshen and cleanse the air as Eucalyptus oil kills airborne bacteria and viruses. Blends well with Wild Orange, Lemon, Lemongrass and Peppermint essential oil.

  • Create frozen Eucalyptus towels, which are great for after workouts or when outside on a sweltering day. Mix 2 cups water and 10-15 drops Eucalyptus oil in a bowl. Add a wash cloth until submerged, squeeze out excess, fold in half and roll up. Repeat until you’ve run out of water and put wash cloths in freezer for a couple of hours, or until ready to use.

  • Place a few drops on a cloth to remove stubborn stickers.
